About the program

Built on the Nedley Health whole-person approach.

The Depression and Anxiety Recovery Program was developed by physician and author Dr Neil Nedley. Its eight-week community format combines practical education with facilitated group discussion, helping participants explore the connections between lifestyle, thinking and emotional wellbeing.
